Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your profile name and any details you share when contacting support. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to create your account. We also collect basic usage and device data (app version, device model, crash logs) to keep our apps running smoothly. Cash Rabbit additionally tracks task completions, games played, ads watched, coin balances and redemption requests (including the name you enter and where the reward goes: the delivery email for a gift card, your UPI ID, or your PayPal email) within your account so we can credit and let you redeem your rewards. Cash Rabbit also collects your device's advertising ID (Android AAID) and stores it with your account to detect fraudulent or duplicate accounts and to attribute completed offers. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. ArrowMax is ad-supported: our ad network partners may collect your device's advertising ID to serve relevant ads; no login data beyond the advertising ID is collected by ArrowMax. SkillSetu additionally stores your course enrolment, lesson progress, bookmarks, likes, and subscription status, so your learning picks up where you left off and the app knows which courses you have unlocked.

2. Voice Chat Data

Voice streams established in Anthi Chanda game rooms are processed in real time to enable communication between players. We do not record, store, or archive voice chat data on our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Sign-In for account authentication and Supabaseto host our backend and database. Cash Rabbit's reward tasks are powered by PubScale, a third-party offerwall provider. When you open the offerwall, we share a random in-app user ID and your device's advertising ID with PubScale so completed offers can be credited to you, and PubScale may collect usage data under its own privacy policy. Cash Rabbit also shows ads, including rewarded videos you choose to watch, delivered through Unity LevelPlay, which mediates ad networks including ironSource, Unity Ads, Start.io, Meta Audience Network, Liftoff (Vungle) and Chartboost. These partners receive your advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interaction data and diagnostic data in order to select, deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, under their own privacy policies. When you withdraw Cash Rabbit coins to UPI or PayPal, your UPI ID or PayPal email is used only to send that payout through UPI or PayPal. ArrowMax displays ads served by third-party ad networks; those networks may collect your advertising ID and general usage signals under their own privacy policies. SkillSetu subscriptions are billed through Google Play's billing system or a secure third-party payment processor for our trial and subscription plans; we never see or store your full card or UPI details, only your subscription status. We only share the minimum information necessary for these features to function, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Data Retention & Security

We retain account, reward, and learning data for as long as your account is active, and use reasonable technical safeguards to protect it. You can request account deletion via in-app settings or by emailing us. We process deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion is irreversible: any unredeemed coins are forfeited, and any active SkillSetu subscription must still be cancelled separately through Google Play, since we cannot cancel a Play Store subscription on your behalf.

5. Children's Privacy & Age Requirements

Our casual games - Anthi Chanda, TicTac, and ArrowMax - are suitable for users of all ages, including children under 13. For these apps we do not collect any personal data beyond what the app needs to function, and any ads served (ArrowMax) are non-personalised and contextual only - we do not use behavioural or interest-based advertising for these apps.

Our earning apps - Cash Rabbit, Cash Dragon, and Cash Warrior - involve financial rewards and are intended for users aged 18 and above only. SkillSetu involves subscription payments and is also intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register for or use these apps. If you believe someone under 18 has created an account on an earning or subscription app, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Third-Party Links

Our site and apps contain links to the Google Play Store and to our own social channels. Once you leave our platform, those destinations' own privacy policies apply.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
