Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Anthi Chanda, Cash Rabbit, TicTac, SkillSetu, or any other Saathi Games app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use our services.

3. Fair Play & Conduct

All users are expected to play fairly in Anthi Chanda's matchmaking and game rooms. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots or multiple accounts, or abusive behavior in voice chat is strictly prohibited and can result in a suspension or ban.

4. Cash Rabbit Rewards

Cash Rabbit lets you earn coins by completing tasks, daily check-ins, and playing games of skill. Earning is always free: we never require a deposit or investment of any kind. Coins have no cash value and cannot be purchased, sold, or transferred, but may be redeemed for Google Play redeem codes and gift vouchers once you reach the threshold shown in the app. Redemptions are typically fulfilled within a few business days, though timing may vary based on availability.

You may hold only one account. Referral bonuses are void for self-referrals or fraudulent sign-ups, and we reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit coins obtained through fraud, bots, scripts, emulators, multiple accounts, or abuse of our task and offer providers.

5. SkillSetu Subscriptions

SkillSetu gives access to a limited number of free lessons per course; unlocking every lesson requires a paid trial and subscription. The exact price, trial length, and renewal terms are shown clearly before you pay. Subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play (or, where offered, an alternative payment option shown at checkout), renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled anytime from Google Play's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or Google Play's own refund policy.

6. No Gambling or Betting

None of our apps involve gambling, betting, or wagering. Anthi Chanda is a skill-based social board game with no cash stakes. Cash Rabbit rewards are earned by completing tasks, never by staking your own money. SkillSetu is a standard paid subscription for educational content, which is not gambling either.

7. Intellectual Property

The Saathi Games name, logo, brand assets, app designs, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Saathi Games. Unauthorized copying, rebranding, or redistribution of our apps is prohibited. SkillSetu course videos and materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning only; downloading, recording, or redistributing them is not allowed.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time if you violate these terms, including any attempt to defraud our reward system.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saathi Games is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our apps.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes means you accept the updated terms.
